Risk warning and disclaimer: SmartQA Academy publishes general education on how trading platforms, code, markets and risk work. It is not investment advice, portfolio management, or legal or tax advice. It is also not investment marketing, which under Israeli law means advice from someone with a business link to the products they advise on. It does not recommend buying, selling or holding any financial instrument. It does not offer any financial product or invite you to buy one, and it does not consider anyone’s goals, finances or experience. The guides are reviewed by an individual educator based in Israel. The reviewer holds no license from the Israel Securities Authority or any other financial regulator. The reviewer manages no one else’s money and does not give or sell trading signals (messages that say what to buy or sell). The reviewer may personally trade instruments that appear in examples, but no guide describes the reviewer’s own trades or plans. Trading forex, CFDs, futures and crypto is high-risk, especially with leverage, and you can lose money quickly. Depending on the product, your account provider and the country where the account is held, you can lose more than your deposit. Use only money you can afford to lose, and understand a product before you use it. Past, backtested and hypothetical results are not a reliable guide to future results. Code examples are provided as is, without warranty, for demo accounts only. Your decisions are your own. Consider talking to a licensed adviser in your country first. As far as the law allows, SmartQA Academy and the reviewer are not responsible for losses that come from using this site. The site is meant for adults aged 18 or over. It is not meant for anyone in a country where publishing or using it is restricted. Google chooses and shows any ads. An ad is not a recommendation. The site has no affiliate links, which pay a site when a reader signs up or buys. Apart from any Google ads, the site has no business ties to any broker, prop firm or trading-platform developer.
